The vision of Honorable Minister is to promotes citizen engagement as a core element of transparent, inclusive, and accountable development governance. Through structured feedback mechanisms, participatory monitoring, and public communication platforms, the Ministry ensures that citizens and beneficiaries contribute to monitoring service delivery, verifying outcomes, and strengthening institutional responsiveness. Citizen input is integrated into the monitoring and evaluation process across the PC-I to PC-V lifecycle, enabling validation of ground realities, identification of service gaps, and enhancement of development effectiveness. This participatory approach strengthens public trust, promotes social accountability, and supports inclusive and citizen-centric development planning.

PSDP Portal & Institutionalization

To further institutionalize transparency and public participation, the Ministry has operationalized the PSDP Portal as a digital interface for public access to development project information, progress updates, and performance insights. The Portal enables citizens to track development initiatives, provide feedback, and enhance oversight of public investments. The Ministry ensures:

  • Beneficiary feedback integrated into monitoring and evaluation
  • Citizen scorecards and participatory monitoring mechanisms
  • Public grievance and feedback systems linked with monitoring
  • Social accountability and stakeholder validation processes
