Leadership

The Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation function operates under the strategic leadership of the Honorable Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives and is headed by the Member Implementation & Monitoring, who provides overall policy direction and institutional oversight. The Member I&M is supported by the Consultant M&E in strategic and technical coordination, while operational management is carried out by the Project Director. The organizational structure comprises of Director Generals for Monitoring, Coordination, Evaluation, and Management Information Systems. The DG’s are further supported by Directors, technical specialists, and field monitoring teams, ensuring an integrated framework implementation for planning oversight, performance monitoring, evaluation, digital systems, and results-based management across the PC-I to PC-V project lifecycle.
