Dr. Awais e Siraj is Member Implementation and Monitoring, mandated for preparing Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Strategy, Systems & Dashboard in Public Sector Projects, Programs & Investments, reviewing major development projects, analyzing project progress, identifying bottlenecks and proposing remedial measures for their removal using evidence-based evaluation.

Dr. Siraj has more than 27 years of experience in public, private, social and academic sector organizations at operational, managerial and leadership levels. He has served as Team Lead at Prime Minister’s Performance Delivery Unit assigned to bring paradigm shift in the standard of governance by converting intangible ideas into tangible actions across projects of national interest and worth billions of USD and also lead the change strategy for World Bank Ease of Doing Business Ranking in Pakistan using measurable outcomes. He educated and trained 11 Ministries of Government of Pakistan for development of Performance Contracts and KPI’s and translated Vision 2025 and its 7 pillars into Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecard. He has designed and implemented KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, Logical Framework Model, Competency based performance, Result Based Management or MBO systems across private, government and quasi government organizations at leadership as well as operational level.

He holds an MBA Degree from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and an MSc Degree in Social Sciences from University of Leicester, Leicester, UK along with a Certification from KPI Institute of Australia.
