Mr. Muhammad Anwar Hussain Chaudhry serves as the Senior Chief (Technical) at Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, Planning Commission, Government of Pakistan. He leads the formulation, appraisal, and oversight of national policies, development plans, and the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) portfolio within the physical infrastructure sector.

With over two decades of extensive experience in public sector development planning, Mr. Anwar plays a pivotal role in intergovernmental coordination and stakeholder engagement across federal, provincial, and international platforms. His strategic leadership has significantly contributed to key national initiatives including Vision 2025, the Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework (4RF), the 5E Framework, URAAN Pakistan, and various regional transformation agendas.
