Post educational learning through various important national and international courses/events including foreign exposure in the fields of Economic Development policy, Monitoring and Evaluation. Over 30 years of rich working experience against different portfolios in various Divisions/ Departments of Federal and Provincial Governments/ Autonomous Bodies covering the multifarious aspects including Development Planning, Financing, Governance, Monitoring & Evaluation, Report writing, Analysis of donor financed loan agreements, Trade Development, and Swift dispute resolution.
Supervision of section tasks covering the areas related to energy sector development projects, formulation of energy policy & regulation, energy security plans and preparation of energy sector long, medium and short term plans. Analysis of donor financed (WB, IDA, ADB, AIIB, IDB, USAID etc) loan agreements. Preparations and supervision of comments on tariff petitions filed with NEPRA and OGRA by power producers and gas utilities.
